3003 aluminum alloy is a commonly used antirust material with
moderate tensile strength (pure aluminum slightly bulges). Although it can't be hardened by heat treatment, it shows excellent
plasticity in annealed form, and has considerable flexibility after
semi-cold working hardening, but its flexibility after cold working
hardening is relatively limited. In addition, it also shows commendable corrosion resistance and
excellent weldability, but its machinability is poor. Its main features include corrosion resistance, electrical
conductivity, thermal conductivity, excellent reflectivity,
nonmagnetic, weldability and machinability. This alloy is widely used in various heat exchangers, kitchen
utensils, food processing equipment, chemical storage devices,
