Tube-plate heat-absorbing plate
The flat plate solar collector tube-plate heat-absorbing plate is
created by welding the upper and lower collector tubes together to
make the heat-absorbing plate, and then connecting the row of tubes
with the flat plate in a certain manner to create heat-absorbing
strips. This is the more widely employed kind of heat-absorbing
plate structure both domestically and internationally.
Deformation of aluminum and aluminum alloys according to the
specific requirements of the different processing methods are
different, the main processing methods include hot processing, cold
processing, solution heat treatment, aging treatment, annealing
treatment and other ways. According to the different processing

It is suitable for products whose strength is improved by

additional heat treatment after work-hardening to reduce the
strength.
